HOSTILE CITY DEATH FEST, PHILADELPHIA, PA JULY 4TH, and 5TH

The City of Brotherly love gets "Fucking Hostile" (as in the old Pantera song)as the Hostile city Death Fest will be brutalizing Philadelphia July 4th and 5th, 2009 at the Arena. Acts scheduled to appear are Deicide, Vital Remains, Monstrosity, Goreaphobia,Anal Cunt, Kult of Azazel, Pessimist, Insanity, Rumplestilskin Grinder and many more. " Last year Philly had it highest murder rate in the last 10 years with over 400. Gang violence and organized crime is widespread in Philly, as is poverty, and unemployment, but you can get great cheesesteaks and pretzels."

In 2009, DFP Promotions will be bringing the best and most extreme bands from underground to Philadelphia, the birthplace of the Nation. We'll be confirming roughly 38 bands to help celebrate America's birthday and to showcase what the Philadelphia Underground Metal Scene is capable of.

Thus far, the following bands have been confirmed: DEICIDE, VITAL REMAINS, MONSTROSITY, ANAL CUNT, KULT OV AZAZEL, PESSIMIST, INSATANITY, GOREAPHOBIA, RUMPLESTILTSKIN GRINDER, POLTERCHRIST, TORN THE FUCK APART, BLOODSOAKED, DENIAL FIEND, THORNAFIRE and INHUMANITY.
