Well, I may as well get this off my chest. First of all, I'm exhausted today from personal stress and staying up last night editing this blog, interesting and a bit emotional.
So today's a day off for some sleep, I'm tired.
First, GOOGLE READER was discontinued by GOOGLE last month, not my choice, although the live hits to ITP and the multi media/graphics experience makes more sense instead of the bland text version.
Still reading ITP via live hits to the primary server? I hope so, and 1, 000-1, 200 hits per day proves me right.
Secondly, in the context of editing, I don't usually "throw the baby out with the bath water", as writers, artists and musicians understand this. I can replace a video with an official one, or the text can stand on it's own.
However, with the popular and my personal fave ITP metal feature ITP "THE ART OF DANCE", no videos, no ITP "THE ART OF DANCE" feature, or it would defeat the purpose. I don't often need videos or music samples regarding ITP REVIEWS (although I can from the official source), that feature is mostly text and my original content.
Of course, with a broken heart, and to be heads up, most of ITP "THE ART OF DANCE", did not pass the editing process (to potentially stay off the music industry's douche nozzle radar) and I'm really sorry, and sad to say, and again, MY CHOICE.
ITP's author DID keep some of ITP "THE ART OF DANCE" in TEXT format, although no consolation, (the) videos really do enhance the features, and without, it defeats the purpose.
The sad thing, ITP "THE ART OF DANCE" was my fave ITP feature, and I had an awesome time writing it, really it was amazing, and I hope it was an educational for you as well. However, watching a mosh pit in video format is no substitute for being there, and the post show aches and pains. I'm hoping ITP "THE ART OF DANCE" helped to gain a perspective and insight on the culture of the mosh pit, and alternative dance trends, safety concerns and etiquette.
Some parts of ITP "THE ART OF DANCE" will stay, other entries have been edited or, again, my choice, gone.
The GOOD NEWS: One more ITP "THE ART OF DANCE" and a hiatus for the metal feature....
Now, I notice alot of metal festivals have YOU TUBE accounts...
:Smiles: AWESOME, I need the official concert footage although it still limits my options on what I could potentially be looking for to fulfill a "THE ART OF DANCE" potential journal entry, it's better than nothing.
So perhaps ITP "THE ART OF DANCE" MIGHT (no guarantee) will return in 2014, after the first, last and only one for 2013.
Sorry, as a preventive measure, I edited ITP "THE ART OF DANCE", and again, my choice, and a dilemma regarding AVOIDING (a preventive measure) potentially disastrous internet tech issues vs. the music industry.
Regarding the editing ITP's author WANTS to do, I explained to friends and will explain publicly this is something I wanted to do since 2010, so I hope I'm not alienating readers as some fave journals entries since before 2010 will stay.
As that means half of ITP's archives will GO, my choice, if you noticed the improvement in writing structure (2010 and on) since ITP started in 2004 as ITP REVIEWS (edited version) will STAY.
No, I'm NOT deleting the journal, just editing, ITP will continue.
I've also chosen to dedicate ITP V.013 to the lasting memory of my dearly departed buddy LUDWIG MONTESA, whom I need a hug from as I didn't get a chance to say good bye.

MILESTONE: ITP V.013 scored the metal blogs 1, 000 post (of 2013) a few weeks ago,as that makes three consecutive years in a row of 1, 000 or more posts. I think ITP personal record is 1, 300 something posts in one year, I forgot, as I edited the archives a little, with the editing I WANT to do scheduled for this month. BTW, CREATIVE COMMONS does not waive an artists or writers rights to copy write, I could and maybe will copy write ITP V.09-V.013 reviews ect. as CREATIVE COMMONS modifies copyright, under flexibility, for sharing info.
