ITP V.013 UPDATE: So, the health inspector is coming over tomorrow to test for lead paint as that is toxic and illegal for landlords to use. My apartment was not painted before I moved in nor since. The health inspector was here in mid September as the building inspector in late August, just standard protocol and procedure.
For all you dim wits falling for the decoy, LIES and rumors hook line and sinker, the landlord gets FINES if the test turn out positive and anyone of the tenants here could sue for exposure.
I'm in my early 40's, I have no kids at all.
I've been living here for two and half years, and I've heard a lot of misguided anger on older, well behaved senior tenants as I resent that, it would just be an issues of landlord negligence.
This is not about copyright, music nor entertainment, none of which the landlord owns and is not a part of, he is lying and trying to censor us, it's about his negligence.
More tomorrow.
