Russian Pagan folk metal warriors ARKONA have posted a video teaser for "ZOV PUSTYH DEREVEN", a track from the bands latest release "Явь" ("YAV"), unleashed 4/25/2014 via NAPALM RECORDS.
FROM ARKONA:
We are proudly announcing, that our new video for “Zov Pustyh Dereven” is ready!
This video is pretty much a short movie – history, full of tragedy, sadness and loneliness. It is about hundreds and thousands Russian villages, which are totally abandoned, or living it’s last days, together with lonely old habitants.
Video was made in one of the well-known village-ghost called Shatur. It is the village with rich and long history, beginning from 15th Century, but in the 1980’s it was fully abandoned, because of death of the last registered citizen.
For the first time, we invited a professional Russian theatre and movie actors to work with us, as well as for the first time we used an aero-shooting.
Thanks to everybody from LIONS productions for professionalism and for a great result! http://www.lions-production.ru
