Norwegian black metal warriors ABBATH (featuring ABBATH, formally of IMMORTAL) have cancelled the bands appearance at INTO THE DARKNESS FESTIVAL, set to take place 12/2/2017 at LEEUWARDEN, NETHERLANDS as the bands drummer is ill.

ABBATH unleashed the bands debut full length "ABBATH", 1/22/2016 via SEASON OF MIST.

ABBATH unleashed "COUNT THE DEAD"( EP) , 12/11/2015 via SEASON OF MIST.

To the Dutch,
We are very sorry to say that we have been forced to cancel our show at the Into Darkness festival on December 2nd in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. Unfortunately our drummer is undergoing some health issues and we aren`t able to find a suitable replacement for this date and in such short notice. Mighty Dark Funeral will replace us as headliners, so make sure to be there to bang your heads to quality black metal with one of metals hardest hitting and fastest drummers around. We apologize for any troubles or disappointments.

We do however hope to play Into Darkness Festival in the future!
This unfortunate situation will not affect any other confirmed shows!
