ADJOURNMENT IN CONTEMPLATION OF DISMISSAL: 
Spokane County prosecutor KELLY FITZGERALD filed a motion dismissing all rape and kidnapping charges citing  "The well being of the victim", as a reason for dropping the charges without prejudice. Polish death metal warriors DECAPITATED could be prosecuted for charges in the future.

In simpler terms,  ACD's  (ADJOURNMENT IN CONTEMPLATION OF DISMISSAL) is not an admission of guilt nor proof of innocence. If Polish death metal warriors DECAPITATED "stay out of trouble", the case is dropped, If not, the case could brought up all over again regarding an unrelated charge or if new evidence is presented.
The plaintiff decided to drop the rape and kidnapping charges against Polish death metal warriors DECAPITATED without judgment.
Perhaps the Prosecutor is still investigating the case, perhaps the case lacks evidence.
OR THIS STATEMENT  is heartbreaking: Spokane County prosecutor KELLY FITZGERALD filed a motion dismissing all rape and kidnapping charges, citing  "The well being of the victim", as a reason for dropping the charges without prejudice.

Alleged rape victims, even as plaintiffs, tend to be raked over the coals and slandered as the Defense attorney try hard to dig up dirt on the alleged victim.  The mudslnging of the alleged victim can be traumatizing, as if they are being raped again, and again, and again triggering a little PTSD.

..Perhaps that is WHY rapes, sexual assaults, and sexual harassment are grossly UNDEREPORTED for fear of the unknown or retaliation. Sad is this hypothetical scenario is.

BTW, if you're a band or entertainer, a good (you might not understand this and think your TM is an idiot) tour manager will tell you, no one on the bus or van specifically when the vehicle is in motion. Interviews on tour buses should be supervised by security and everyone should be decent in view of tour bus guests.
 The booking agency and bands travel insurance does not include FANS or those outside of band and crew..
God forbid your band gets into a bus accident with a fan aboard.
