Today, 1/15/2018 is late civil rights activist DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.'S BIRTHDAY, a holiday here in the U.S.A.

ITP's author just called the police on a neighbor (ALFRED DARDIS) for sticking his head out of my neighbors door as he just made a racially charged comment (the "N" word) when I had just walked in my unit and opened my door.

Yeh, I've been talking alot about housing discrimination (sexual, gender and racial) and the consequences for slumlords that enable these horrid policies as I've filed complaints with the building inspector, New York State Division Of Human Rights and HUD housing, both state and federal, as they will be investigating and fining my landlord and two other people as they will be gone soon..
AL DARDIS turned off our heat (included in the rent) for 5 days until I called the building inspector and now that issue is fixed. I'm sure the landlord and his alleged incompetent and corrupt maintenance AL DARDIS (only one that has access to our heating downstairs) will be fined. Typical sociopaths, as only consequences will remedy their behavior.
Again, my rent is paid, I'm just a hold over, and I have better housing options as I'll take that.
However, I will be suing and arresting two or three people.

Landlords and maintenance can be arrested for turning off utilities (included or not) irrelevant to the tenants status.

ITP is very sorry to hear that U.S. President DONALD TRUMP used the term "shithole countries" regarding those whom immigrate to America.
The back handed "compliment" towards NORWAY showed DONALD TRUMP'S double standard of racist immigration policies. TRUMP seems to have a disdain for non white immigrants.
NORWEGIANS were not impressed with DONALD TRUMP's comment welcoming Norwegian immigration to the U.S., stating the racist double standards.
The U.S. features states with warmer climates and more sunlight during the winter season.
No one with a brain cell is leaving NORWAY for the a** backwards U.S.A. Norway has universal and FREE health care, FREE higher education and one year maternity leave.
TRUMPSTERS and the U.S. have alot to learn from other nations and HAITI is a popular country with great food, and a warm tropical climate.

Hey, U.S.A., fuck your racism, sexism, misogynist and sh*thole.
