Introducing, "Unfailing Fall Into Naught," LEVIATHAN's second release resurrecting the never-before-heard and / or long-out-of-print tracks from infamous American black metaller Jef "Wrest" Whitehead's catalog. This new collection features LEVIATHAN tracks from two split CDs released through now-defunct Battle Kommand Records back in 2006, the XASTHUR / LEVIATHAN split CD (originally released on LP by Profound Lore Records in 2004/2005), and the SAPTHURAN / LEVIATHAN split CD (released without the Sapthuran tracks as a stand-alone vinyl EP release called "The Blind Wound", on Southern Lord Records in 2007).
Coming in at seven tracks total and just over 45 minutes of blistering, insufferable, black metal, this amazing collection is some of LEVIATHAN's absolute, hands down, best material from his entire catalog and is sure to be a fan-pleaser. All audio has been remastered by Ken Sorceron (Abigail Williams, Chrome Waves, ex-The Faceless), and exclusive never-before-seen art is being finalized this weekend. Both the compact disc and cassette versions will be sent off to press Monday, April 2, with a vinyl pressing following shortly thereafter (no later than April 15). As soon as the project is in production / paid for, a pre-order will begin as soon as we have a ball-park estimate of when the records will be released. We're hoping for a mid-July release date for the vinyl. Check back here for updates on the status of the vinyl edition and pre-order for the standard & deluxe LP versions.
Tonight, at 10 PM PST, a pre-order for the deluxe edition of the CD (limited to 300 units in high-quality digipak that comes housed in a printed black burlap outer sleeve with art on the front / back, and it will include an 11x17" poster, circular 4.5 diameter embroidered LEVIATHAN patch exclusive to this deluxe CD edition, a sticker, and a digital download card.
The cassette edition is just one version, limited to 250 units. Each tape will come in a clear Norelco cassette case housed in an "O-card" (a cardboard slip sleeve that hugs the cassette case and is printed on on all four sides), and this package will come housed in a black burlap bag with exclusive design printed on the front, also in the bag will be two pins. a sticker and a digital download card. Cassette shells will be silver with black print. Each cassettes O-card will be hand-numbered out of 250 units. This cassette will only be pressed once, so don't miss your chance to own this.
*Update:* The "First Sub-Level of Suicide" Picture LP test pressings were rejected and we are awaiting new ones. This has pushed the release date back to May 15th, 2018 tentatively. Customers who ordered "The First Sub Level of Suicide" LPs and had their jackets damaged in the mail - good news, we have ordered replacement jackets for all damaged units. They will be here in 4-6 weeks and you can reach out to us then (we will post here announcing this and send a notice / message out to ALL customers of any LEVIATHAN titles from our Bandcamp page with news regarding replacement jackets and shipping timelines. Information on how to contact us then will be posted once the replacements have arrived.
Finally, all 'deluxe edition' cassettes of "The First Sub-Level of Suicide" and ANY remaining LP orders that haven't been received yet will have postage printed for them TONIGHT and will ship out tomorrow afternoon.

American black metal heavyweights NACHTMYSTIUM and LEVIATHAN are finally releasing their split LP that was planned for release in 2008 but was blocked due to legal issues regarding the bands contracts with their respective labels at the time. Wrest & Blake Judd have been close friends for nearly 15 years and were bandmates in TWILIGHT for ten years, so the split finally coming out is a great thing in the opinions of these two old friends. This LP is a collection of black metal covers from the bands who've influenced both bands the most. The main focus being on US black metals most important band, JUDAS ISCARIOT, whom both bands contribute covers of on this release. The albums artwork is a hail to JUDAS ISCARIOT album art, and the title is a play on the JI track, "In The Valley of Death, I Am Their King", from the bands final album, 'To Embrace The Corpses Bleeding' (Red Stream Records, 2002) Other bands covered on this split include Norwegian legends ILDJARN and BURZUM, and primal early-90's black metal underground legends VON. Don't miss this important release paying tribute to the artists whom paved the way creatively for NACHTMYSTIUM and LEVIATHAN to exist!
