CRYPTOPSY: FORMER VOCALIST MIKE DISALVO's WIFE GEN IS BATTLING CANCER

MIKE DISALVO, former vocalist of Canadian death-grind legends CRYPTOPSY has launched a GO FUND ME campaign for his wife, GEN, who is battling stage 4 Melanoma Cancer.

GEN'S husband MIKE DISALVO performed vocals on two notable CRYPTOPSY releases "WHISPER SUPREMACY" and also "AND THEN YOU'LL BEG".

Dear friends, family and kind hearted strangers.
Words cannot express the love and gratitude felt for all that you have done for us. The fundraiser initiative from our dear friend Silvia Dwyer, truthfully was not even a distant thought so fierce was/is our battle. However, Silvia did what great friends and family do; they anticipate a need and try to fill it so we didn't have to. Never in our wildest dreams would we have thought this level of response possible.
Thanks to all of you, our kids will not go without, our bills will be paid and we will have a home to return to once we are released from the hospital.
I was not expected to make the night two weeks ago today. Then, I was not expected to make the weekend, bit thanks to an amazing medical team combined with the love, support, prayers and good vibes from all, things are looking up. This road is not easy, yet we feel blessed beyond measure.
