HALLOWED BUTCHERY: "It is with immense pleasure that I can now call AESTHETIC DEATH the new home for HALLOWED BUTCHERY."

Maine, U.S.A. based blackened, doom based metal warrior HALLOWED BUTCHERY has signed a record deal via AESTHETIC DEATH.

HALLOWED BUTCHERY unleashed "DEATHSONGS FROM THE HYMNAL OF THE CHURCH OF THE FINAL PILGRIMAGE", 5/1/2020 (DIGITAL-SELF RELEASED).

FROM HALLOWED BUTCHERY:

Founded in 1994, AESTHETIC DEATH quickly established themselves as underground leaders in releasing dark, obscure music when they released the debuts from funeral doom legends @esoteric_uk and black metal weirdos Fleurty.

Since then they have continued to release albums from some of the most interesting acts in the extreme doom and black metal genres.

It is with immense pleasure that I can now call AESTHETIC DEATH the new home for HALLOWED BUTCHERY. I am truly honored to be a part of such a historic and groundbreaking label and I greatly look forward to what the future holds!!

AESTHETIC DEATH will be re-releasing DEATHSONGS in autumn 2020. Greg from Esoteric will be remastering the album. It will be on CD and will be housed in a digital with expansive artwork, including a full copy of the sacred tenets of The Church of the Final Pilgrimage. I am excited to have this album released in a way that fully realizes the big vision I had for it as a “total package.”

More official news will be available in the weeks to come. Thank you to all that have supported HALLOWED BUTCHERY over the last decade+ of releasing bizarre music. Here’s to another decade!

Having created obscure underground music for over a decade - with numerous releases to date - Hallowed Butchery are no strangers to putting a great release together.
However, the latest recording "Deathsongs From The Hymnal of the Church of the Final Pilgrimage" sets a new standard of excellence, an even higher pinnacle of extreme doom obscurity.

Aesthetic Death has the honour of putting out a digi CD edition in early autumn. Cassette tape edition already sold out.
