Toronto, Canada post hardcore warriors RESPIRE have posted the below statement and vague accusation of HOLY ROAR RECORDS  CEO ALEX FITZPATRICK.

 

  RESPIRE are set to release "BLACKLINE", due to be unleashed 11/13/2020 via HOLY ROAR RECORDS and DEATHWISH INC. 

 RESPIRE unleashed "DENOUEMENT", 5/1/2018 via MIDDLE MAN RECORDS (U.S.A.) , ZEGEMA BEACH RECORDS (CANADA) and DINGLEBERRY RECORDS (DE).

We’ve become aware of the serious allegations placed against Alex Fitzpatrick. Like the many other bands on our new label, we are beside ourselves. These stories are coming from members of our own DIY community. They deserve to be heard.

We demand to see restorative justice for those involved, and have called for a process of accountability from Alex. We will continue to have conversations as a band, and with other bands on the label about what we can do to collectively further this cause and stand in solidarity with survivors.
