JAMES UERINGER, vocalist of New York City, New York, U.S.A. based electro, rock warriors MINDLESS SELF INDULGENCE is currently being sued by an anonymous plaintiff over sexual assault, and grooming of a minor.

The woman, a 15 year old minor at the time claims she had sex with JAMES UERINGER for two years, 1997 through 1999. UERINGER was 27 at the time of the alleged sexual assault. .
