21 CHILDREN AND ONE ADULT KILLED IN MASS SHOOTING AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN UVALDE, TEXAS


 21 children and one adult were killed in a mass shooting in an elementary school in UVALDE, TEXAS. The shooter, 18, had shot his grandmother and is now deceased shot by police.

 

The mass shooting in Texas is the FOURTH mass shooting in the U.S.A. in 2022 with shootings in Buffalo, New York, New York City, New York (subway) and California. 

The U.S. state of Texas recently passed an "open carry without a permit or training" ;law last year in 2021..

 Since the shooter (thankfully) was killed by police, we'll never really know his motives. However, I was just made aware of this law that passed in Texas last year. There is a new Texas law that allows open carry. not just standard open carry, but open carry without a permit or training. Now how are those open carry without a permit or training laws working out for Texas now? Not very well with tragic consequences. (excuse my language) FUCK THE NRA for lobbying for loose gun laws as the NRA lobbies against gun control and gun restrictions..I was hoping the NRA would bankrupt out of existence, but they are still to powerful and influential. the NRA knows that a certain percentage, if not majority of gun violence is not in the context of self protection or self defense, or defense of country but in the context of murder. When I was in school, Congress made an effort to “protect” kids from, yes, song lyrics (bipartisan, so anyone who claims “It was all Tipper & Dems!” GTFO). Point being: IF ONLY THE SAME CONCERN ONCE SHOWN FOR “PROTECTING” KIDS FROM MUSIC (??!) WAS APPLIED TO ASSAULT WEAPONS TODAY
