METAL THREAT FEST 2024 10/3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th, 2024: POSTPONED UNTILL 2025

 METAL THREAT FEST 2024, originally set to take place 10/3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th, 2024 has been POSTPONED until OCTOBER of 2025.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

FROM METAL THREAT FEST 2024 PROMOTERS: 

 

Unfortunately Metal Threat Fest 2025 must be postponed until October 2025. October 2nd - 5th to be exact. As most of you may know Brauer House was purchased and the new owners wanted me to drop two bands from the fest in order to proceed. That is not something I am interested in doing for basically any reason, so I told them that I would move the fest, though by the time came to look for a new venue there were no openings for that weekend and mostly venues not willing to take on the fest. There was a thought to postpone it until April 2025, only 6 months from the original date, but being right in between Hells Heroes and Maryland Deathfest seemed like guaranteed financial suicide, so it was decided to push it back out to October 2025.

LINEUP:

All of the lineup is trying to be completely retained, however 100% is not very likely for a variety of reasons: prior commitments, band breakups, personal life scenarios, etc…none the less the effort will made to keep it intact as is, along with larger headliners given the larger venue.

VENUE:

The new venue is more than double the size of Brauer House and has two stages built into the same room, so purchasing multiple stage tickets will no longer be needed as the ticket you purchased will work for both stages now. The venue will be located in Elgin, IL near its downtown. All of those details will be revealed along with the entire lineup in the next few months.

TICKETS:

Tickets already purchased will be grandfathered in and will be honored for the 2025 edition. Should you decide to request a refund for your ticket, please contact SeeTickets directly for a refund. However, tickets going forward will be $300 for a three day pass as opposed to the previous of $180 since both stages will be included in the same room now. Thursday tickets since the lineup was never announced will be still be sold separately.
