European metal warriors GOBLIN have announced lineup changes.
FROM GOBLIN:
Big news at Goblin.
After many years of collaboration and a period of inactivity of the band, Fabio and Agostino have expressed their unavailability to continue playing with Goblin.
Consequently, Maurizio Guarini, the only one left from the original lineup, both to honor contracts for already agreed performances and above all to ensure that Goblin fans can once again attend live concerts of the band, has put together a new lineup. The main news is the arrival of drummer Walter Martino, original member and co-author of Deep Red, as well as one of the founders of Goblin in 1975. This is certainly a pleasant surprise for those who know the history of Goblin.
Maurizio and Walter are supported by two highly respected musicians, already known to the Goblin fanbase, Giacomo Anselmi on guitar and Roberto Fasciani on bass.
Starting in early November the first concerts in Northern Europe with this new lineup, which will present, in addition to the classical repertoire, songs never performed live before.
