FROM GRIMA:

We deeply regret to announce the cancellation of our UK shows, as in:
Sunday 25th May - London, The Underworld Camden
Tuesday 27th May - Glasgow, The Ivory Blacks
Wednesday 28th May - Manchester, Rebellion
We have been fighting for months applying for a second passport and a UK Visa, while all the band received their second passport, the majority didn't receive their UK VISA yet. And it's clear that they won't be delivered in time as Grima and Ultar fly-in next Monday into the European mainland.
UK visas were always difficult for Russian passport holders, now it's twice as hard. We're disappointed, but this situation is beyond our control. With one passport in hand it's almost impossible to get EU and UK visas for one trip, especially if band members are too often on tour.
Postponing to a later date is not possible, we nearly are on a 5 digit numbers deficit trying to apply for the UK VISA as there is no British embassy in Krasnoyarsk and we need to fly to Moscow / St. Petersburg for every single appointment, which sometimes even gets postponed/cancelled. Despite the good ticket sales which lean towards sold-out for a few shows, we just cannot commit to such risky moves which involve too high advance expenses and too much red tape.
We understand that these news might frustrate many of our cultists, but this is not something we are responsible of.
We are grateful for everyone who understands our message and finds the means/willpower to visit our shows outside the UK.
