In memory of NISSE KARLEN, Swedish, melodic, blackened, death metal warriors SACRAMENTUM will perform a UK exclusive "FAR AWAY FROM THE SUN" set at COSMIC VOID FESTIVAL.

NISSE KARLEN, vocalist of Swedish, melodic, blackened, death metal warriors SACRAMENTUM died 8/25/2025 of suicide at 50.

SACRAMENTUM unleashed "THE BLACK DESTINY", 1/25/1999 via CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS.

In honor of the memory of Nisse Karlén Sacramentum will perform UK exclusive "Far Away From the Sun" set at the Cosmic Void festival this Sunday.

We are proud to present Andreas Heljarmadr Vingbäck (Dark Funeral, Gra, Domgård and Heljarmadr) on vocals as a replacement for this show.

Statement from Andreas:

"Dear Sacramentum friends, fans and supporters. In the wake of the tragic news of the passing of my friend Nisse Karlén, I have been kindly asked by Anders and the band if I can see myself filling in on vocals for the Cosmic Void concert, that takes place in London this weekend. After consideration, I have agreed to share my voice with Sacramentum for this specific event. It is a way for me to pay my respects to Nisse, as he has been an inspiration since I first heard the "Far Away from The Sun" album back in ancient times. I encourage you all to come and celebrate the unique legacy of Sacramentum with us..
