HELL Have Entered The German Album Top 50 Charts
UK metal warriors HELL have entered the German charts at 46 30 years after forming.
FROM NUCLEAR BLAST: Nearly 30 years after originally forming in 1982 UK`s Heavy Metal legends HELL have entered the German album charts with their debut album Human Remains at #46!
HELL were founded in 1982 out of the remains of two classic NWoBHM bands, Race Against Time and Paralex. They signed with Mausoleum in 1985 but split in ‘86 after the label went bankrupt. After the suicide of original singer Dave Halliday in 1987 the remaining members gave up any hope of reforming.
More than two decades later the band is back with huge success. Producer/guitarist Andy Sneap, being a close friend of the band, brought the remaining band members back together again three years ago to ressurect the old material and bring HELL back to life. The result was Human Remains, ten old HELL classics re-recorded. Released last week to unanimous appraisal across Europe, US and Japan, HUMAN REMAINS entered the German trend charts at #12 with the final weeks national chart position being #46.
