ITP V.012 EDITORIAL: First of all, credible blogs with original content (NOT torrents) have gotten DMCA notices over nothing. ITP V.012 is NOT a bit torrent, no downloads, nor links to illegal downloads here. "Most material here on ITP is industry PR" that I made use of in this blog as current music promotional news. Secondly, I do not FILM nor post videos on YOU TUBE, so FUCK OFF!!!!! I don't know how to film videos, never owned a "smart phone".
ITP V.012 does not allow advertising and is independent of the music industry and does not allow record labels to bully the blogger. There are plenty of blogs on BLOGSPOT that are torrents with links to what ever download site, there never has been, and NEVER will be links to downloads on ITP.
RELAPSE should be sending us free promos, shwag and the sort if they want there artists reviewed or promoted, ITP can't be bribed, no label paid advertising here.
RELAPSE want promotion on ITP V.012? put out an advert and pay double what I would charge any other label, and I'm NOT selling out my objectivity.
The blogs, (overrated) with download links are not touched and RELAPSE RECORDS bother blogs with original content, reviews and their SPAM as news via press releases. No wonder NECROPHAGIST won't put out another release on that shit label.
ITP V.012's entertainment attorney has "spoken to BLOGSPOT and warned extension syndicate before" for crawling ITP V.011 with out the authors written consent.
As he will deal with said band and label and BLOGSPOT tomorrow as ITP is a metal news blog, NOT a torrent, and false claims will be counter sued for enough money to put said record label under.
No worries, before my attorney wakes up, I turned them in.
RELAPSE RECORDS will be boycotted and black listed from ITP, and other idiots will be sued by ITP and arrested, and I believe in first amendment rights.
ITP REVIEWS, written by ITP V.012's author are ironically the most time consuming aspect of this blog, and certainly objective vs. the industry, as I never get swayed by the industry.
Perhaps I should be PAID for promotion and Pubic Relations and I can write a mean ass press release too and send that out to metal media, because we are all one of the same in metal media, and we're all in same boat, without the media and underground (viral marketing) promotion, RELAPSE would be bankrupt and these bands would FAIL.
Keep in mind, that specifically with ITP REVIEWS, the words written BY ME, are copy written, so the review itself is my property, and they would NEVER win on the review other than any music in it that I don't own. The words written, MINE.
This is why SOPA and many DMCA copy-write take downs mimic copy write infringement and also censorship regarding 1st amendment (of expression) rights to have an consumer right opinion.
It's amazing how much (potential) revenue both BLOGSPOT and the music industry makes through indie bloggers such as ITP V.012 and I'm not compensated or just left alone.
ITP V.012 would counter any DMCA copy write claim under "Fair Use" as in metal promotion, music education and analysis, specifically embedded promotional videos via the record label and social networking sites that were sent out by the label and bands PR/PROMOTIONS via press releases.
CHILLING EFFECTS states under protest, parody or CRITICISM, as the ITP V.012 blog entry in question is a music REVIEW. Many corporations suppress even the most constructive and righteous criticism via DMCA copy write take downs as that equates to censorship.

Stop sending these scams (DMCA TAKE DOWNS), as music reviewers (ITP V.012) promoted a band via an original review with a promo video from the label, FROM THE F**CKING LABEL, THREE YEARS AGO, embedded for all to share as that is NOT piracy!!!!!!
This is WHY I spoke out AGAINST SOPA.
Anyone, including and NOT limited to neighbors or random ignorant morons whom start a fight over a copy written (text owned by ME) journal they do not own, labels or distributors they do not own, and music they do not own will be arrested ASAP. DMCA take downs do NOT mean the writer has to take down the journal in full, just the infringing material as that even could be challenged under "fair use" in the context of music promotion or/and education. BOTS don't make the distinction between context over content.
FROM WIKEPEDIA "FAIR USE": (Now ironically WIKEPEDIA is user generator "perception" and not always updated and accurate, as WIKEPEDIA, humbly went dark vs. SOPA. For instance a medical description/definition from WIKEPEDIA is not always comprehensive and does not substitute medical advice).
ITP "fair use" is the context of music promotion (ITP is NON FOR PROFIT), to stimulate interest in extreme metal, insight into metal culture and society. ITP promotion and REVIEWS, while unbiased, has NEVER been, and never will be an intentional substitute for buying the artists music, as that is YOUR CHOICE. ITP promotion for the most part is unbiased..
BUY if you like, if think the band sucks, then don't buy, if you buy a release and still don't like, well at least ya got a

How To Make Sure Your Blog Does Not Infringe Someone Else's Copyrights
The way to ensure that your blog doesn't infringe someone else's copyright is to use your skills and imagination to create something completely original. If it's all yours, you never have to worry about the copyright—you own it! If you want to republish content from another author or creator, make sure to get their authorization first. For music bloggers, oftentimes there is a lack of communication between the record label, their legal department, and the promoters authorized to share the music. Many times the PR folks at a record label will give permission to the promoters to freely sharely their artist's works, but they don't communicate this to their legal department. Please have your music PR folks communicate better with the record labels that they have cleared certain albums for free and legal use.

In replacement of the video (as barely remembered what I posted 3 years ago, perhaps a promotional clip, from the label ironically enough that was posted on DYING FETUS's MYSPACE, and embedded for fans and media to pass around. If ITP is NOT recognized as a metal promotional blog, that we don't NOT recognize RELAPSE RECORDS as a label) we have two anti SOPA clips, dedicated to greedy retards at RELAPSE RECORDS, whom are now black listed from ITP, and we will NOT promote any of RELAPSE RECORDS artists, and turn in their posts into SPAM via the social networking sites.
Keep in mind alot of these record labels will take a paragraph from a "favorable" review and repost it to "promote" said bands release.

Apparently, users can't share music or promotional clips to back their "opinions", (ironically embedded on social networks via record label SPAM as they begged metal fans "To pass this along".) However, photo sharing site INSTAGRAM will not credit nor pay the original photographer for their content, changing their terms of service to allow users photos in advertising.

Two words to describe Baltimore, Maryland's death grind heroes DYING FETUS, BRUTAL and INTENSE. DYING FETUS are legendary for their brutality, social political lyrics, relentless touring and slam death grooves inducing an explosive mosh pit.
Many moshes ago, Jason Netherton, Kevin Talley and Sparky Voyles exited the DYING FETUS camp for Baltimore based MISERY INDEX. Enter Vince Matthews (Vocals),Sean Beasley (bass/vocals) and Eric Sayanga as DYING FETUS tore up the world with the bands inspired death grind grooves, breakdowns and vocal mayhem in support of STOP AT NOTHING.
By mid way through this decade, the DYING FETUS lineup dissolved yet again as Eric Sayenga and Vince Matthews left the band and Duane Timlin (ex-Divine Empire/Broken Hope) joined DYING FETUS on drums. DYING FETUS toured relentlessly in support of "War of Attrition", the bands most politically charged release to date. However, the lineup change bug bit DYING FETUS again, reducing the band to a three piece as Mike Kimball (guitar) and Duane Timlin (drums) left DYING FETUS and Trey Wlliams joined the band on drums.
So here we are in 2009, DYING FETUS has been a three piece since 2007, and show no signs of relenting. In fact, DYING FETUS sound tighter, more brutal and even more technical as a three piece.
Surprise? Don't underrate this beast called DYING FETUS, as we at ITP have DYING FETUS's latest release "Descend Into Depravity" out NOW on RELAPSE records.
DYING FETUS's "DESCEND INTO DEPRAVITY" opens with "Your Treachery will Die With You" a brutal track of grind core blasting in with classic slam death grooves and John Gallagher's burping vocals. At 1:40 "Your Treachery will Die With You" Gallagher and the brutal crew pull off some good shredding solos. At 3:32 "Your Treachery will Die With You" ends on a tech note, keeping it brutal, and a taste of some shred.
"Shepherds Commandment" invoke an old school DYING FETUS sound with a cool grind core feel before flowing nicely into blast beats with nicely phrased vocals. At 1:28 of "Shepherds Commandment" DYING FETUS throw in a twist with a good melodic tech lead riff/solo back and forth from death metal break down, to tech death and blast beats, sweeps. Wow, very interesting.
"Hopeless Insurrection" blasts in perfectly with classic, brutal death grind riffing, and some understated tech stuff throw in there. Good death slam death metal with breakdowns.
"Conceived Into Enslavement" enters with dazzling tech noodling into classic DYING FETUS grind grooves. DYING FETUS KNOW how to get the kids to slam, and at 2:02, get ready to do just that.
"Atrocious By Nature" kicks off with a slow, doomy breakdown, before blasting your skull in with a tech riff, ala NECROPHAGIST, so tastefully done, as the tech noodling really diversifies DYING FETUS's sound, and of course "Atrocious By Nature" is not only heavy, but a fucking brutal riff a rolla of intensity, a dark hymn to the hells of society. At 2:37 you should have fantasies of killing someone and destroyed everything around you..I can imagine this tune in the pit..
The title track of "Descend into Depravity" enters rather "brutalifully" with good epic riffing into a classic DYING FETUS slam groove and some good tech/death noodling, sweeps ect. The core riffs are used a little to much into the title track of "Descend into Depravity", wich should get the kids moshing, but..Just when you think DYING FETUS went 'core on us and ran out of ideas..At 2:47, John Gallagher tries some cool vocal phrasing, and takes off into a death/thrash slam fest.Hell YEH -l- \m/
"At What Expense" enters with slow grind/doom riffing, before FETUS start tearing up your ear drums..There are some progressive death metal riffs "At What Expense" well mixed into the usual DYING FETUS brutal slam grind core grooves.
DYING FETUS drummer TREY WILLIAMS is as solid as a rock on this release, enabling DYING FETUS to amalgamate grind core with tech, slam death metal, and there are lot of riffs to digest here.
DYING FETUS's "Descend Into Depravity" closes with "Ethos Of Coercion", some brutal grind core indeed with some fine solos as the song fades into the distance.
I have to admit, DYING FETUS have progressed on the last two releases and are very tight as a three piece. DYING FETUS aren't just a burp/ blast, slam/ death, groove band. DYING FETUS seamlessly combine brutal death grind grooves with grind core breakdowns and a tech/death sensibility..
....Tastefully, with good riffing, as a THREE PIECE.
My complaint with older DYING FETUS was the stale grind CORE aspect of their sound, now upping the ante to a more diverse technical sound, there are more riffs per song, without sacrificing DYING FETUS's trademark brutality. While, DYING FETUS's "War Of Attrition" may have featured better songwriting, "Descend Into Depravity" is also a beast and perhaps one of DYING FETUS's best releases to date as the last two DYING FETUS releases have taken the band to new sonic levels.
Pick your self up off the ground and get back in the pit, DYING FETUS's DESCEND INTO DEPRAVITY is a brutal tech/death grind melt down.
ITP V.012 UPDATE 12/19/2012: Due to an unnecessary copy write infringement take down notice from "WEE" OR "PEE" LAPSE (RELAPSE RECORDS) RECORDS, we are boycotting (12/19/2012) anything having to do with RELAPSE RECORDS and their shit label specifically after hearing about the NECROPHAGIST issue.
We are taking their spam and turning it into the social networks as just that RELAPSE SPAM.
There fore DYING FETUS, on a BLAST BACK gets a bad review on what was other wise a good release in 2009, and a positive review. AFTER FURTHER REVIEW, DYING FETUS on WEELAPSE overrrated and sucketh. ITP V.09 and on going is NOT a bit torrent, I do not FILM nor post videos on YOU TUBE, so FUCK OFF!!!!! FAIR USE.
This is WHY I do NOT support SOPA.
