What should have happened is DUNN should have driven away from that gas station without incident Soo, would you like a mature journal entry or a sarcastic immature journal entry. As while being a strong supporter of STAND YOUR GROUND LAWS, I have mixed feelings about the racialist prosecution of those whom defend them selves, from FLORIDA, GEORGIA, NEW YORK and beyond.
If there's any consolation, and regarding more substantial cases of self defense, its worse here New York, been there done that, and haven't killed anyone, not hurt anyone. Fuck racism regarding prosecuting people of color in self defense issues, that means you New York.

Let's face it, we've all been in Dunn's shoes before. Some "wanna be" whom thinks it's trendy to blast Retards Attempting Poetry (or any music if you call it that) at an obnoxiously loud volume with the EQ on the car stereo all the way to bass, not that the CD was mixed and mastered that way. Bad EQ car stereo mix+loud music volume =a Memorex commercial of broken windows due to strong music vibrations, and that is a lesson in music physics. Everybody hates the idiot blasting the CRAP.
However, Dunn's action could be construed as excessive, he doesn't live in the gas station, he could have called the cops, as DUNN is white and older they would take him seriously from the comfort of the gas station store, (for us blacks 911 is a joke) he could have fueled up and driven away, their parents would have torn them a new asshole had the police confronted them. It couldn't be just the volume of the music. Mouthy idiots, (plenty of them in New York) in denial making threats, and they're not even old enough to drink, carry a gun, or vote. They only have arrogance and lack of social etiquette, to young to carry, to arrogant to respect, a source of humour of their ignorance, sticks and stones make my bones but names will never hurt.
If you're a gun owner, you should be real confident in this scenario, let em bring it, ONLY until they bring it.
They didn't bring it, they didn't get out of the car, then fuck em, it's not worth it. If I were DUNN, and any licensed gun owner, I would laugh it off and drive home, A sense of humor from gun owners with confidence, those kids will never attack you if they knew you carry loaded.
DUNN acted out of alcohol fueled hatred, not fear, there is no fear being a gun owner against unarmed people, just cowardice.
Not a fuck was given about DUNN, I'm pro verdict, it's just the racialist prosecution both in Florida, Georgia and New York of those whom have even better reason to Stand Your Ground and Castle Statutes in self defense.
If ZIMMERMAN (check the TRAYVON MARTIN/ZIMMERMAN case) was black he would be doing time, and we all know it.
DUNN will most likely do 20 to 60 years, although not premeditated, he had no clue what to expect as the gas station neglected to discipline the kids on their property, it's tragic..
New York, Florida, Georgia USA, be consistent regarding Stand Your Ground Laws and self defense, women and non whites can protect our selves too, no hypocrisy and double standards, as in the Trayvon Martin case, none of Zimmerman's macho posturing was even necessary.
Non white gun owners and those standing in self defense should have the same rights as whites carrying in self defense.
That is ALL. Not a fuck was given, just make sure Stand Your Ground Laws and self defense laws afford the same rights for non whites and women, if that scares you, you should be, and excessive force is prosecuted consistently, not base upon race, and bad cops whom forgot their donuts get prosecuted for excessive force as well.
All I ask for is non racial consistency.
DUNN wasn't any more mature than those kids blasting crap, it's about growing pubes on both sides of the fence and how to keep composure in uncomfortable situations.
MICHAEL DUNN was convicted last night on charges of attempted murder (mistrial on first degree murder) and faces 20-60 years regarding a 11/23/2012 incident where DUNN got into a heated argument with 4 kids parked in car blasting rap music at a gas station, he shot and killed JORDON DAVIS and sprayed bullets in their SUV.
