ITP V.014 UPDATE: Due to MAINTENANCE ISSUES AT HOME, who knows
(exterminator) coming at whatever, unspecified time tomorrow, I'll be busy for a day, or what fucking ever.
However, this note (on less than 24 hours notice) states as a "Inspection emergency" (emergency, lmao, I've called 9/11 when there was a fire last year due to my incompetent neighbor, that was emergency) as we just went through that with a different exterminator INSPECTION three days earlier, lmao. I don't understand the mental ignorance of my landlord (Charlie Plunkett LLC, Richard BlackBurn), as they spend more money and time doing things the wrong way rather than less money and time doing things to the right way. Changing exterminators to the mediocre compared to good, and another inspection? No go, either extermination, or I refuse another inspection, we just went through that 3 days ago, I will arrest and see them in court, they better exterminate instead of procrastinate.
If there's no extermination tomorrow, and inspection instead, we go to various agencies and have harassers arrested and we'll go to court instead, the building inspector is definitely coming.
The building inspector never came a few weeks ago, and perhaps the landlord is LYING and monopolizing tenants time, be careful what he wishes for, I can accommodate that.
Also, there have been too much random attacks on me (and others) here, in what is truly the LANDLORDS RESPONSIBILITY in a bizarre scenario of a lying landlord who is NUTS, does not communicate with his tenants and is downright abusive in an immature display of petulant stupidity.
If this fighting continues, I'm turning it down, refusing it and going to court vs. random fighting, mudslinging of tenants from complete strangers as rather have a few arrested and agencies called so those will be held accountable to set a positive precedent as opposed to negative precedent. I can't imagine living here anymore, I can't have my life held for ransom as a few here are completely psychotic.
My landlord can barely WRITE, he doesn't state the TIME of the inspection as he had to know in advance and we're barely told at the last minute.
The mudslinging and the blame game over property that is NOT owned by my landlord, instead of maintaining the property he owns, he gets into it over property he DOESN'T own ( tenant's personal property, intellectual property, getting himself into hot water over what is not his, including this journal and my creative commons, copy right and other bands copy right, as it is NOT his property ain't going to save him from his wingnut theory ) has been really dysfunctional, and I'm pissed.
When the landlord resents doing the most minimal of maintenance, he plays the blame game of LYING and lame excuses and starts mudslinging, threatening to steal from his own tenets, that ain't happening.
Here's to hoping the landlord gets fined, as for sure he's to cheap to get an exterminator once a year as he hasn't done that since fall of 2012, the only motivation is this?
Fighting over routine maintenance, this is bizarre and I'm not having it.
Of course, the landlord played the (predictable in his wingnut dysfunction) blame game, I wasn't having it, nor listening, shit needs to get done, and he admitted to being "cheap" with maintenance issues and blaming tenets for his own negligence while being abusive in his denial, all this while morbidly obese and not modifying one aspect of his life or mentality. WRONG.

If ITP V.014 and blog readers have been wondering about the state of TECHNORATI, ITP's very FIRST syndicate (since 2007), TECHNORATI has changed format to straight up advertising as all blogs are gone as TECHNORATI no longer supports bloggers.
TECHNORATI went down briefly in 2009 (?) to come back not long after.
This is just the progression (or regression depending on how you look at it) of TECHNORATI, ITP is not being singled out disproportionately, as obviously ITP is moved on to other, more socially networked syndicates.

MOTIVATION REGARDING ITP V.014 GRAPHIC RE-DESIGN AND NEW TEMPLATE?
In other news, ITP's author accidently deleted all of the links on the right hand side of ITP, OOOPS, as this is due to concentration, or lack there of, regarding living in a fucked up environment of constant noise (FUCK YOU )..
THE GOOD NEWS, I have the (ITP) links saved somewhere else, and can put post them back up at a later time. However, reposting ITP LINKS won't happen for a while, perhaps end of summer 2014 depending on time and circumstances.
THE OTHER GOOD NEWS: Now, with in the blunder of deleting ITP LINKS some positive can come out of the negative: I can NOW perhaps redesign ITP regarding graphic design with a new template, as having to repost the links and save and repost gadgets and a few other html blah, blah, is exactly what kept me from doing it in the first place. It's time, as I've been wanting to do this for a while, in order of priority.
Perhaps by the fall or end of 2014, expect a complete ITP GRAPHIC REDESIGN with a new template.
I've even contemplated turning ITP into a full WEBZINE as I would need a small staff of reliable minions, perhaps in the next year or two.
