Fort Wayne, Indiana Hub Live Entertainment Center, Formerly Known as Piere’s Entertainment Center has sent this statement regarding changed ownership and management.
FROM THE HUB ENTERTAINMENT CENTER:
Hub Live Entertainment Center, Formerly Known as Piere’s Entertainment Center
Fort Wayne, IN. Thursday, September 8, 2016 - As many of you have noticed, Piere’s Entertainment Center has been sold and is under new ownership. Hub Live Entertainment Center wants to inform you of the new changes underway, as well as address your concerns regarding the unfortunate circumstances left behind from The Piere’s ownership.
We understand that many patrons of Piere’s Entertainment Center purchased tickets to concerts and upcoming events before the prior owner announced its closing of business, leaving many of you with questions regarding refunds of these purchases. We understand your frustration, and for that we are very sorry for what took place. We knew nothing about these transactions preceding the purchase.
For those of you who purchased tickets online through the former venue’s Ticketmaster.com, or any Ticketmaster outlets you have already been refunded your money. If not, please contact Ticketmaster customer service immediately. For those of you who purchased tickets through the Former Piere's box office with a credit card you will need to call your credit card company. For those of you, who purchased tickets with cash through Piere’s Ticketmaster box office, please keep your ticket stub. We believe as a new company starting fresh in the market the right thing to do is to honor these tickets by allowing you an exchange for ANY concert or upcoming show we have for up to one year. Furthermore, we found a list of 15-16 people who purchased some kind of Season Pass for 2016. We will honor these purchases for you. To those season pass-holders, your name will be on ‘will call’ for every upcoming show at The Hub until December 31st, 2016. If you would like to call and verify that your information is on our list, you may reach us via email at Email or message us on Facebook. Again, we are very sorry for what transpired and will work with you to resolve these matters and do right by you guys.
Our focus will continue as a live concert venue and to keep the clubs open as many nights as possible with Crooners being open from 8p- 3a nightly. It is our goal to make the Hub a fun place to be. As a new company, the Hub wants a fresh start in the market so out with the old and in with the new.
