FROM NETHERLANDS DEATH FEST PROMOTERS:
While Mortuary Drape are playing their last chords, Netherlands Deathfest III has come to a close. We’re not gonna lie, due to the severe weather conditions, not just on site but on the entire continent, this was a tough one for us. After 2 years of 0 cancellations, we had to endure 7 this year. It was stressful, but with snow storms across Europe, there’s not much you can do. We’ve contacted loads of bands to fill in, so we want to give a special thanks to Hacavitz, AntropomorphiA, Teethgrinder, Ibex Angel Order, Ggu:ll and The Flesh for coming to the festival on such short notice. But let’s not forget that, by far, most bands DID make it through the storms safe and sound and played great sets in 013 and the Patronaat!

But most of all we want to thank you guys. You’ve been fantastic. Through all the cancellations and the bloody cold weather, you’ve kept on going and saved your energy for where it mattered: the shows.
