It's release day for "Noire". What I'd like to ask is that, when you finally get to hear it, you take some time out and listen to the album from start to finish. Let it play. "Noire" was written to be an album with a concept, never a collection of tracks. The order of tracks was something I'd had in mind since the start. It's a journey, a musical book, or the soundtrack for a film never made.
Today, so much seems intent on being vapid, throwaway, temporary and replaceable, for a side of this world
that's hellbent on being equally throwaway and temporary. That's not my world and never was. Music has always held the most special place for me and is timeless. It's been the soundtrack to my life, through thick and thin.

It's 1:45am here in Germany. We're on a bus to Dresden for the first show of the tour. This has been an incredible last 6 months producing this album and getting it ready for release.
I very much hope that you enjoy Noire.
