 Quebec, Canada based ambient/funeral doom warriors ATRAMENTUS
have posted  the bands anticipated new release "STYGIAN", due to be unleashed 8/21/2020 via

Our debut album is currently streaming in full on Invisible Oranges, where you'll also find a review and a lengthy interview that goes in depth on how we came to be, the concept behind the album, its lore, the sound of the band, etc. This album is not exactly "new", at least to us. It has been in dormance in its ice coffin for nearly a decade. We are beyond relieved to finally put this record out. Thanks to 20 Buck Spin for this opportunity, Mariusz Lewandowski for his timeless work and thanks to Jon Rosenthal for the write-up. Also, a huge thank you all who have listened to it, loved it, hated it, wept to it, dreaded it, bought it or spread the word about it.

The Funeral Steel of Atramentus was forged by :

Stygian was recorded, Engineered, Re-Amped & Mixed by Xavier Berthiaume at Studio Tehom (Mtl, QC)
and Mastered by Greg Chandler at Priory Recording Studios (Birmingham, UK)
Composed between Winter 2012-Autumn 2013, recorded between Winter 2018 & Winter 2020
