NIFROST: SET TO UNLEASH "ORKIA", POST NEW TRACK "EIT SISTE YNSKJE"

Norwegian Pagan, folk black metal warriors NIFROST have posted "EIT SISTE YNSKJE", a track from the bands anticipated new release "ORKIA", due to be unleashed SPRING 2021 (release date T.B.A.) via DUSKTONE.

Two years after the release of the highly acclaimed "Blykrone" album, Nifrost waves the flag of norwegian Folk/Pagan Black Metal again and will release the brand new full length album "Orkja" in spring 2021 via Dusktone.

NIFROST has just unvelied the first single "Eit siste ynskje" available as streaming video on Youtube as in all finest digital shops worldwide.

Once in a while creativity strikes with full force and «Eit siste ynskje» is one of those songs that came together in a matter of moments. It started with a simple melody composed on an old acoustic guitar. With that as the foundation, the different parts and layers naturally were created to become this hard-hitting and emotional song.

“Eit siste ynskje” is questioning the meaning of life, and if personal deeds and legacy will be remembered after we’re gone.

It’s about the wish of becoming immortal and life after death through the memories of others and by the actions we do.
