PAT O'BRIEN (FORMER GUITARIST OF CANNIBAL CORPSE): SENTENCED IN CONNECTION TO 2018 BURGLARY AND ASSAULT


 On 12/14/2018,  CANNIBAL CORPSE guitarist PAT O'BRIEN was sentenced in connection to a 2018 burglary and assault.


PAT O'BRIEN was sentenced to time served, five years probation and ordered to pay $23. 793.45 in restitution. 

PAT O'BRIEN was also ordered to get drug and alcohol evaluations (with drug testing) and render 150 hours of community service. .




On 12/14/2018,  CANNIBAL CORPSE guitarist PAT O'BRIEN was bailed out of HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY JAIL after posting $50, 000 surety bond.




On 12/10/2018, PAT O'BRIEN, guitarist of Tampa, Florida, U.S.A. based death metal legends CANNIBAL CORPSE was arrested for burglary of a strangers house,  as he shoved a woman (in the house) to the ground.










When police arrived,  PAT O'BRIEN was hiding behind a fence in the strangers back yard, and rushed towards police with a knife. The Police tased PAT O'BRIEN and took him into custody.


At the time of PAT O'BRIEN'S arrest, fire fighters were battling a fire in O'BRIEN'S home, a mile away from his burglary. Fire fighters stated the fire was complicated by live ammo exploding in PAT O'BRIEN'S house.


PAT O'BRIEN was charged with aggravated battery of a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon and burglary of an occupied dwelling with assault and battery.


CANNIBAL CORPSE have replaced PAT O'BRIEN with  ERIC RUTAN (HATE ETERNAL).
