Depending on your location, if you haven't noticed yet, FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM are DOWN. .

Here in New York, U.S.A. FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM have been down for over 2 hours.

According to NEWSWEEK, FACEBOOK may have been HACKED.
