Rome, Italy based technical death metal warriors HIDEOUS DIVINITY have announced drummer GIULIO GALATI has left the band as EDOARDO DI SANTO will replace him.

After four records and countless tours and festivals, Giulio and Hideous Divinity have mutually decided to go their separate ways.

During these 11 years together, we achieved something that was impossible to imagine that evening in June 2012 when we first met in a rehearsal room in Rome, counted to four and started shredding "Life During Epidemic" together... for the first time, that tune sounded so perfect we all chuckled. Glorious days! But nothing compared to what would come later. Giulio became crucial to our sound, on and off the stage. For all of this we all say thank you, Giulio. Our friendship is like the Iron Cobra: built to last.

Fear not, however, as we are stoked to welcome Edoardo Di Santo as our new drummer. Edoardo is the hardest-working and most imaginative blastbeat tornado we could ever hope to find. It took us just a few weeks to realize his drumming would become the lifeblood of our new songs. No worries, you'll see and hear him in action soon (some of you already have, in fact).
