British heavy metal legend OZZY OSBOURNE has posted a statement on his ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME nomination.

OZZY OSBOURNE has refused permission of use of a sample of BLACK SABBATH'S "WAR PIGS" to rapper KANYE WEST.
