STEPHEN TAYLOR (SUPERJOINT RITUAL, EN MINOR and PHILLIP ANSELMO AND THE ILLEGALS, DOWN and CROWBAR CEW MEMBER) has launched a GO FUND ME because of medical issues.

FROM STEPHEN TAYLOR:

Anyone who knows me personally knows how hard this is for me to do. I usually give as much as I can and ask for very little in life. I'm grateful for all I have and to still be here with you all. Even though I am home now and recovering, I'm under orders not to drive or work for a minimum of 6 weeks. After that period, I will be evaluated as to how much I can get back to my regular routine. Outside of music, I basically am in the field of construction, which involves lifting, climbing, etc. Thankfully, I had insurance that, as of now, we hope is going to cover most of the astronomical portion of this ordeal. This started hitting me intermittently out of nowhere and progressed like a whirlwind. I am one of the lucky ones to go as long as I did and still be here! I normally don't reach out for help; I try to take things head-on and work through them on my own, sink or swim. I was working on improving my health for almost a whole year prior to this event. So this has me rather perplexed at this time. The heredity factor, however, escaped my control. I'm still not out of the woods and have work to do in order to keep on ticking! I hope to return to the stages and perform again as soon as possible. Pushing myself to make that a reality day by day! Making big gains in a short time, as of now, doctors are thoroughly impressed with my progress, as I'm healing up faster than most in this situation. So, with all that said, I am humbled to ask for support. However, in order to make this right in my mind, I have to deliver something back. I have 3 acoustic tracks roughed out that I'd like to finish and share back with you all, as soon as I'm able to get back to it. Just a small token of gratitude. I'm grateful for my wife and family, and to be surrounded by caring people, and all the love from those who follow me.
