GEEZER BUTLER (BLACK SABBATH): INTERVIEWED BY THE LONDON TIMES

GEEZER BUTLER, bassist for British heavy metal pioneers BLACK SABBATH spoke to the LONDON TIMES on remembering OZZY OSBOURNE.  

 

 

According to news reports, on 7/22/2025,  "THE PRINCE OF DARKNESS" and BLACK SABBATH'S first vocalist OZZY OSBOURNE  died at 76. No cause of death has been given. 

 

 

BLACK SABBATH'S BACK TO THE BEGINNING FINAL show will see a theatrical release, and live album in 2026. 

 

 

 BLACK SABBATH'S BACK TO THE BEGINNING FINAL show raised over 190 MILLION DOLLARS FOR THREE DIFFERENT CHARITIES.  

UK metal/doom legends BLACK SABBATH'S BACK TO THE BEGINNING FINAL show featured LAMB OF GOD, SLAYER, PANTERA, TOOL, GUNS N ROSES as the show took place 7/5/2025 @VILLA PARK BIRMINGHAM ENGLAND. 

 

Special guests METALLICA, SLAYER, PANTERA, OZZY OSBOURNE, GOJIRA and MORE HARD ROCK and METAL BANDS. 

BLACK SABBATH'S BACK TO THE BEGINNING FINAL show was viewed bt over 5 million people from the live stream.
