SUBTERRAEN: REMOVES MUSIC FROM SPOTIFY

 

 

 

  Nantes, France based blackened, sludge, doom metal warriors  SUBTERRAEN are boycotting music server SPOTIFY as they have removed all their music.  

 

 

 

 SUBTERRAEN, via YOU TUBE, have posted the bands anticipated debut release "ROTTEN HUMAN KINGDOM", unleashed 11/20/2020 via TRANSCENDING OBSCURITY.

 

FROM  SUBTERRAEN: 

 

We have decided to remove all of Subterraen's music from Spotify. As of today, only our first album remains on the platform and will soon be removed by Transcending Obscurity Records.

While Ek's obvious disdain for musicians has made us question our presence on the streaming service for quite a while, his massive financial investment in technology that will cause nothing but death and destruction goes directly against what we stand for.

We are fully aware that this is but a drop in the ocean, but we strongly encourage all artists to do the same.

All of Subterraen's music is available on a donation basis via our Bandcamp and remains on the majority of streaming platforms.
