ORION MUSIC AND MORE FEST 2013 6/8-9, 2013 BELLE ISLE, DETROIT MICHIGAN CONFIRM: THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, THE RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, THE DEFTONES, METALLICA

Promoters for ORION MUSIC AND MORE, set to take place 6/8-9, 2013 BELLE ISLE, DETROIT MICHIGAN have announced the festivals lineup and have confirmed THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, DEATH ( 70's punk band), THE RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, RISE AGAINST, THE DEFTONES, TOMOHAWK, FU MANCHU, THE DROPKICK MURPHY's, ALL SHALL PERISH, BATTLECROSS and headlined by METALLICA.

FROM ERIC GREIF: (DEATH/CONTROL DENIED MANAGER):OK - let me start over. Just so it is clear: the 'Death' that is playing at Orion Fest has nothing to do with us. The other band is the protopunk band from the 70s, originally from Detroit (they live in Vermont now) who disbanded in 1977 and started playing together again as 'Death' 30 years later. That band and ours both possess US trademarks in different categories - no biggie. We easily co-exist without hassle. They're actually a cool band. I sent Mr. Hackney a DEATH shirt awhile back as there is no problem between us. Nobody should be confused now. OK? ERIC
