ANNOTATIONS OF AN AUTOPSY DROP OFF CARNIFLEX U.S. TOUR

UK death metal band ANNOTATIONS OF AN AUTOPSY have dropped of the bands previously announced tour with CARNIFEX, SUFFOKATE and UPON A BURNING BODY. FROM ANNOTATIONS OF AN AUTOPSY: "The reason we are not on the CARNIFEX tour is because we, as a band, decided against doing it. It's [got] nothing to do with the [other] bands [on the bill], [and] no, we don't hate America —we love you. The reason being currently we are not in a place where we wanted to spend four months straight on the road which is what it would have been with tour after tour. We all have things going on in our lives at home currently that need our attention and family comes first. None of us were on the right state of mind to be able to spend that much time away, [and] at this moment in time we didnt feel we were ready for that much touring. So we pulled out to take some time off and spend some time with our loved ones.

"We know this is the second time we've pulled a U.S. tour and we know you guys must be pissed but we have to do what is right for us.

"No, we are not splitting up or anything like that nor are we going on hiatus. We're not interested in shit-talking or little comments on lambthingy or any other lifeless troll swamp about how we should be used to touring. The bottom line is we've toured our asses off and sometimes you need to step back and look out for yourselves."
