Due to VISA issues, Norwegian black metal warriors 1349 can not make the first few shows of the CANNIBAL CORPSE tour.
FROM 1349:
"Unfortunately, we will have to let all our fans know that we will not be able to make it to the first shows of the tour with CANNIBAL CORPSE. First of all, our visas, which we have applied for months ago, are still not being cleared, and secondly, air traffic in Europe is being a major problem in the last couple of days and still will be in the next days.
"We are trying our best to join this tour. However, right now we are not able to tell anybody when and if this is going to happen. As soon as we have any news on the situation we will let you know."
4/24/2010 UPDATE: Norwegian black metallers 1349 have announced that they are finally on the way to meet up with CANNIBAL CORPSE's Evisceration Plague Tour. Says the band: "Frost is further delayed due to additional paperwork, but Tony Laureano (ex-DIMMU BORGIR, ANGEL CORPSE, NILE) will step in until Frost arrives. At the moment it looks like the first show will be at Crazy Donkey, Long Island on April 25th. The 26th will be spent at Duffs in Brooklyn.
While waiting for their visas to clear, 1349 were replaced by DIABOLIC.

Demonoir, due out April 27th in North America via Prosthetic Records, was recorded at Studio Nyhagen, deep in the woods in Norway with Tom G. Warrior (TRIPTYKON, ex-CELTIC FROST, HELLHAMMER), who showed the greatest respect for the task and played a key role as motivator and catalyst.
