BLAKHART GUITARS has issued a statement condemning the violent incident at the 10/22//2013, EL PASO, TEXAS DEICIDE, BROKEN HOPE, NECRONOMICON, DISGORGE SHOW @  TRICKY FALLS.

BROKEN HOPE stated a fan (JESUS ORTEGA, 30 charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and outstanding traffic warrants)  at the bands 10/22/2013 show at TRICKY FALLS, EL PASO, TEXAS cut three fans with a box cutter.

ORTEGA was involved in a scuffle outside of the bar moments before he cut patrons in the bar area.

BROKEN HOPE has since been kicked off the (last 2 remaining U.S. dates)  tour due to "gear and production issues."

FROM BROKEN HOPE:
BROKEN HOPE salutes JULIO SERRANO--one of our fans who got stabbed by "the boxcutter" at our El Paso show.
Julio let us know he's doing great after surgery!
So glad to hear this...we love our fans...only fans matter!

FROM BLAKHART GUITARS:
Blakhart would like to send its thoughts out to those affected by this complete idiot at the Deicide show in El Paso. In an industry that is already struggling to keep live shows and touring bands and their heads above water, this is one of the most ignorant and moronic moves I have ever seen. Please....do your part to insure your scene keeps positive. The scene is YOURS...keep idiots like this OUT.
