The DAILY MAIL has posted a piece "How Good Is Your Hearing", and what frequencies can you hear.
Tinnitus (ringing in ears) and Meniere's disease (ear ringing, ear popping, vertigo, hearing loss and ear infections) adversely affects millions (including ITP's V.014 author), use earplugs for concerts and loud employment, and turn it down for the comfort of others.
ITP V.014 EDITOR'S NOTE: Irony, 7, 000 HZ is the sound of TINNITUS, been there, done that. Lowest I can hear, is 27-30 HZ and above straight through the test, all though anything above 3, 000 HZ at that particular pitch is annoying and reminds me of tinnitus. I'm not sure, and doubt that this an accurate test of hearing, vs. hearing loss. REDUCE the volume on this hearing test at about 1, 000 HZ.
