LUMINANT MEDIA have posted new outtakes and interviews from the documentary project on late digital pioneer/activist AARON SWARTZ entitled AARON SWARTZ: THE DOCUMENTARY "THE INTERNET'S OWN BOY", unleashed in 2013 . SWARTZ founded REDDIT, CREATIVE COMMONS, RSS, DEMAND PROGRESS, ANTI-SOPA/PIPA and CISPA strikes and EFF. AARON SWARTZ committed suicide 1/11/2013 in Brooklyn, New York, SWARTZ was 26.

AARON SWARTZ was arrested in 2010 for hacking and illegally downloading research journals from JSTOR, as the content was behind a pay wall.
