ITP V.015 UPDATE: UGH

I use headphones attached to my 'puter, it's only my neighbors, yelling, screaming, making threats, blasting RAP (RETARDS ATTEMPTING POETRY) music at some obnoxiously loud volume. 
It is not illegal in the U.S.A. to be a metal head, and how racist, if I were white, straight and male, this wouldn't be an issue.
Identify people by their first and last names, or/and license plates numbers, too much lying and scapegoating. This is why I would love to sue my landlord RICHARD BLACKBURN/CHARLIE PLUNKETT for the negative stereotypical language they use, and out right lying, slander and defamation of character: "that lesbian, "that metal head", "Jimmy Irish", my "Jewish friend", as in the negative stereotypical language, it puts millions whom state the above as their identity in the middle of petty conflicts, as those conflicts don't involve around us.
The house we rent is on the market because of BLACKBURN, we're very disappointed in this behavior of discrimination.

I wish my neighbors would turn their DOWN, blasting music out of open windows when you share walls  with others. Use headphones.

 Another noisy, obnoxious  neighbor Paul E. Carlson (Kingston, NY) will receive pending lawsuits and both civil and legal complaints, he's been the ultimate criminal here, and we don't want him here, and his doesn't work nor pay rent. .
