Vancouver, Canada based progressive metal warriors DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT have posted VIDEO DOCUMENTARY EPISODE ONE in promotion of the bands anticipated new release "TRANSCENDENCE", due to be unleashed 9/9/2016 via HEVYDEVY RECORDS.

Shot by videographer and good friend of the band Mike "ZimZim' Zimmer between March and April, 2016 during the Transcendence album recordings, this documentary is episode one of seven. In this episode Devin explains a bit about the album's recording process and you'll get a glimpse of how the band writes music together.
