ITP V.016 ANNIVERSARIES: CRYPTIC SLAUGHTER, NASUM and LOCK UP COMMENT ON 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF JESSE PINTADO PASSING (NAPALM DEATH)

Members of NASUM, CRYPTIC SLAUGHTER and LOCK UP have sent commentary in remembrance of late NAPALM DEATH (and TERRORIZER) guitarist JESSE PINTADO who expired 10 years ago today 8/27/2006.

JESSE PINTADO also recorded and performed with LOCK UP and BRUJERIA.

10 years ago today we lost Jesse Pintado! Back in the day CS and Terrorizer would play shows at Hoover Park. In honor of Jesse crank some Terrorizer/Napalm Death and Lockup. Thank you for your music Jesse and you will never be forgotten!!!

It's ten years today since the great Jesse Pintado passed away. A truly kind and funny guy and a grindcore legend for sure. This image shows Jesse teaching Jesper and Mieszko how to play Terrorizer's "Dead shall rise" backstage at La Locomotive in Paris a few days into the Napalm Death/Nasum tour in 2000. Six weeks later we played the song with Jesse on stage for a few nights. A great memory that I think about a day like this. R.I.P. / Anders
