MARK MORTON (LAMB OF GOD): POSTS STATEMENT REGARDING GENE SIMMONS COMMENTS ABOUT PRINCE (ROGERS NELSON) DEATH , L.A. TIMES RUNS ARTICLE ON GENE SIMMONS

MARK MORTON, guitarist of Richmond, Virginia thrash/core warriors LAMB OF GOD has tweeted a statement regarding GENE SIMMONS ( of legendary rockers KISS) comments regarding the death of rock legend  PRINCE (ROGERS NELSON).




GENE SIMMONS has made controversial statements about the death of rock icon PRINCE ROGERS NELSON  first stating "How pathetic that he killed himself, don't kid your self, that's what he did. Slowly, I'll grant you, that's what drugs and alcohol is, a slow death."

GENE SIMMONS later apologized for his comments regarding PRINCE ROGERS NELSON'S death stating, "I just got shit from my family for my big mouth again. I have a long history of getting very angry at what drugs do to the families and friends of the addicts."
