WOODSTOCK 2019 (MICHAEL LANG) 8/16th, 17th, and 18th, 2019: LOST SITE, ANOTHER PRODUCER PULLS OUT

 WATKINS GLEN INTERNATIONAL (WATKINS, GLEN, NEW YORK) announced yesterday that they have nullified the contract  with WOODSTOCK 50th anniversary festival.
Also, festival producer CID ENTERTAINMENT have pulled out of WOODSTOCK 50th anniversary festival.

A New York State Supreme Court has ruled DENTSU AUGIS NETWORK does NOT have to return $17.8 million dollars taken when the investor pulled out of WOODSTOCK 2019.
 WOODSTOCK '69, '94 and '99 promoter MICHAEL LANG sought out a court order to refund over 17 million dollars plus compensation when DENTSU AUGIS pulled the money from WOODSTOCK 2019's bank account.

DENTSU AUGIS NETWORK told WOODSTOCK 50 (2019) that they were released from their contract and told many performers (contracted through DENTSU AUGIS NETWORK) to not perform at WOODSTOCK 2019, although the artists were paid in full.

WOODSTOCK 2019 co-producer SUPERFLY has also severed ties with the festival.



WOODSTOCK '69, '94 and '99 promoter MICHAEL LANG has denied the cancellation of the 50th anniversary 2019 fest stating "WOODSTOCK 50 vehemently denies the festivals cancellation and legal remedy will be sought."


  WOODSTOCK FESTIVAL 50th anniversary festival, set to take place 8/16th, 17th, and 18th, 2019  have yet to obtain proper permits from the NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH as promoter agency DENTSU AUGIS NETWORK AMPLIFI LIVE  pulled out of their agreement with the festival.










MICHAEL LANG states that Bethel, New York does NOT have the capacity to host his festival.
