Starting 5/1/2020, TICKETMASTER will send an email to customers regarding re-scheduled and postponed events as the customer has 3o days to obtain a refund.
According to DIGITAL MUSIC NEWS, world wide ticket agency TICKETMASTER are NOT offering refunds for "postponed" or "re-scheduled" events, only for cancelled events.
COVID19 (CORONA VIRUS) has paused music, sporting, and work events due to mass gathering restrictions.
