If there was a slime of the groups we are most frequently asked for at the Mass of the Dead, Dødheimsgard would most certainly be one of them! Ever since their debut in the golden age of Black Metal’s “second wave”, these pioneers of the Norwegian scene have never been afraid to reinvent themselves from album to album, as their latest opus Black Medium Current, released three months ago and hailed criticism as much as the fans. It is with great pleasure that we announce Dødheimsgard's first show on Canadian soil, an opportunity you won't want to miss!

If there was a rankings list of the bands we got the most requests for at Messe des Morts, Dødheimsgard would most certainly be on it! Since their beginnings during the golden age of the “second wave” of Black Metal, these pioneers of the Norwegian scene were never afraid to reinvent themselves from album to album, as their new opus, Black Medium Current, released three months ago and hailed by both critics and fans alike, proves this without a doubt. So it is with immense pleasure that we are announcing this first performance of Dødheimsgard on Canadian soil, an opportunity you will not want to miss!
