During the event, Ozzy met on stage with the original members of Black Sabbath — Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward — to deliver a final and monumental performance, closing a key chapter in rock and metal history.Sitting on a dramatic black winged throne, Ozzy delivered an energy-packed set despite his persistent health issues, including the effects of his Parkinson's diagnosis, revealed in 2020. The “Back To The Beginning” event also featured performances by metal giants such as Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Slayer, among others. In statements to Billboard, 72-year-old Sharon Osbourne confirmed her decision to walk away from the industry for good.“I’ve been at this since I was 15 years old, and I’m done,” he affirmed. "We want to live our lives and do what we want to do, without having to follow more itineraries." ”Sharon met Ozzy in the early 1970s, when her father, Don Arden, was the manager of Black Sabbath. Following Ozzy's departure from the band, she took the reins of her solo career, leading him to become a global superstar. Their story together has become one of music's most iconic. As Sharon revealed, Ozzy's final wish was to say a proper farewell to his fans.“He kept saying, ‘It’s my only regret’ and ‘I want to have the chance to say thank you for real,” Sharon recalled. “And we thought this would be the best way to do it. It's a celebration of Ozzy, Sabbath, and music. ”Thanks-Stay Metal, Stay Brutal-\m/ -l-
