Finland based progressive, thrash metal warriors CHILDREN OF BODOM have announced a show celebrating the bands musical legacy, set to take place 2/26/2026 SHOW @ TAVASTIA CLUB, HELSINKI, FINLAND..

CHILDREN OF BODOM, via SPOTIFY, are streaming the bands anticipated live release "FOLLOW THE REAPER" (LIVE @ HELSINKI ICE HALL 2019), unleashed 12/15/2023 via SPINEFARM.

Last year, Finland based progressive, thrash metal warriors CHILDREN OF BODOM'S "BODOM BAR AND SAUNA". .

ALEXI LAIHO passed away 12/29/2020 at 41.

CHILDREN OF BODOM broke up in 2020.

CHILDREN OF BODOM unleashed "HEXED", 3/8/2019 via NUCLEAR BLAST RECORDS.

ALEXI LAIHO's new project BODOM AFTER MIDNIGHT unleashed "PAINT THE SKY WITH BLOOD" (EP), 4/23/2021 via NAPALM RECORDS.

Members of the legendary band Children Of Bodom celebrate February 26. Day 2026 band music at Tavastia-club in Helsinki. Tickets for the evening named A Celebration Of Music go on sale on 29.10.2025 at 9.00 at Tiketti.fi.

On stage you can see the original members of Children Of Bodom Janne Warman, Henkka Blacksmith, Jaska Raatikainen, Alexander Kuoppala and Samy Elbanna, a familiar and long-time friend of the band from Lost Society.

"We want to celebrate the life work of our band and at the same time the musical legacy of our friend and bandmate Alex. The gig will be played for Children Of Bodom at an important Tavastia-club - and at the same time they will answer the fans' long-standing wish", the band commented.

Children of Bodom, founded in Espoo in the early 1990s, rose to international popularity with the albums Something Wild, Hatebreeder and Follow the Reaper, and was known for its technical playing, energetic live gigs and Laiho's virtuoso guitar playing.
