BRYAN JOHNSTON, former guitarist of Middletown, New York, U.S.A. death metal warriors MORPHEUS DESCENDS died 10/24/2025, no cause of death was given.

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our former guitarist, Bryan Johnston.

Bryan joined Morpheus Descends in 1993. His work can be heard on our 1994 EP "Chronicles of the Shadowed Ones", an era that marked a shift toward a darker, more doom-laden sound.

Bryan’s contribution will forever remain a part of the Morpheus Descends legacy. Our deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and all who knew him.
