Sacramento, California, U.S.A. based funeral doom metal warriors OROMET, via BANDCAMP, are streaming "FORSAKEN TARN" , a track from the bands anticipated new release "THE SINKING ISLE", due to be unleashed 11/7/2025 via HYPAETHRAL RECORDS.

Transylvanian Recording and Hypaethral Records are very excited to announce the release of Oromet’s sophomore album “The Sinking Isle”

“The Sinking Isle” focuses on the inevitability of collapse and the cycles of ruin and rebirth, while still feeling like a direct continuation from Oromet’s acclaimed self-titled debut. Adrift on cataclysmic seas, melody remains the compass – a hopeful light guiding the listener through themes of loss, nostalgia, and pessimism. The album was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Patrick Hills at Earthtone Recording Company.

Once again the band has tapped the extremely talented Ted Nasmith to provide the stunning piece of art that adorns the album cover.

The first single, “Forsake Tarn”, is now available for streaming on both Hypaethral and Transylvanian Bandcamp pages, as well as on Ampwall (links in bio).

Pre-orders are live for LP, CD, Cassette, and T-Shirt. The cassette is exclusive to Transylvanian and the T-Shirt is exclusive to Hypaethral. Purchase options are available on each label’s Bandcamp page.
